- FILL a quart-sized glass jar with onions, horseradish, ginger, citrus, garlic and jalapeños. Add other optional ingredients, as desired.
- POUR in the apple cider vinegar to the top of the jar.
- SEAL the jar. Store in a cool, dark place for 4 to 6 weeks.
- SHAKE the jar occasionally, causing the beneficial properties of each ingredient to infuse together.
- STRAIN the vinegar when ready to use, and discard all of the solid ingredients.
- ADD the honey to the strained vinegar, and stir until dissolved.
- STORE in a sealed glass bottle in the refrigerator for up to one year.
